The Husker faithful filled Memorial Stadium to the rafters as the volleyball team swept the UNO Mavericks 3-0. Volleyball Day in Nebraska. Husker Nation stole the show on Volleyball Day in Nebraska. The announced crowd of 92,003 surpassed the previous world record crowd for a women’s sporting event of 91,648 fans at a 2022 soccer match between Barcelona and Wolfsburg.
