Navy and Marine ROTC Cadets listen to Marine Captain Troy Scharfen at the promotion ceremony for First Sergeant Joshua Glotzbecker. Glotzbecker was responsible for leading all the ROTC Color Guard Ceremonies at Graduation, Football games, Basketball games and all other requests for Color Guard support.
