Tape Measure

A measuring tape hangs down the side of the soil pit for students to document where they take samples from. The green tapes set the border for where students sample so they all sample in the same area. Kennadi Griffis’ curiosity about the natural environment and the opportunities she found at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln propelled the Husker to an international championship in soil judging as a member of Team USA.
