Bill Holoubek, a 1987 agricultural engineering graduate and now a Catholic priest, oversaw the project to build the time capsule, and came back to be a part of the unearthing of the capsule. A cadet sword from the 1920s rests on a uniform jacket for the Pershing Rifles drill team.  It is surrounded by a Marine Corp helmet used from 1917 to 1941, an arm patch for the Air Force's Nebraska ROTC cadets and a ballcap from the U.S.S.
