Erica Ryherd looks in on Ah'Mel, a patient at Nebraska Med’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit. Ah'Mel was born November 29, 2019 with a birth weight of 1.68 pounds. Ryherd, an Associate Professor in The Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction, is making neonatal intensive care units better for their young patients.
