Sarah Keegan (left), Nebraska Medicine Dietician, and Ellyn McCarter, Dietician and Nutrition Manager with Dining Services, prepared two healthy recipes based on cost-effective pantry staples to share with students in a cooking demonstration at the University Health Center, and with faculty and staff on March 6. Participants learned to prepare both McCarter's grain bowl recipe and a chicken and vegetable ramen recipe developed by Sarah Keegan, Nebraska Medicine dietician, and did a taste test of dairy- and plant-based chocolate milks.
