Students get noodles, broth and fixings for chicken and vegetable ramen, a recipe designed by Sarah Keegan (pictured walking behind students), Nebraska Medicine dietician. Keegan and Ellyn McCarter, dietician and nutrition manager for Dining Services, developed a recipe each based on creating healthier meals around pantry and freezer staples to present to students, faculty and staff during March cooking demonstrations.
