An employee from Stephens and Smith Construction pushes a wheelbarrow of cement through the lower level of Morrill Hall to the Marx Science Discovery Center. Workers spent the morning leveling cement around a 3D printed replica of a Menoceras arikarense fossil – a small, extinct rhinoceros found in Nebraska fossil beds. The fossil was printed by Frontier Tech Lab and will be part of a new fossil dig in the redesigned Marx Center, opening this summer. March 16, 2026.
