David Berkowitz holds an NMR tube, preparing to analyze the structure of a compound synthesized in his laboratory by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance on the 700 MHz instrument, the highest resolution NMR instrument in the state. Berkowitz, Willa Cather Professor of chemistry, has been named a fellow of the American Chemical Society. He is the first Husker faculty member to receive the honor. July 25, 2024.
