Ference won the "Fire In The Belly" award named for Paul Engler's belief that the secret to successful entrepreneurship was to have “a fire in the belly” to find a better way of doing things. The Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneur Senior Celebration and The Engler Awards night. The night became a celebration of life for donor Paul Engler, who died Friday at age 94. May 3, 2024.
