Newly promoted First Sergeant Joshua Glotzbecker talks to the Navy and Marine ROTC cadets after his promotion ceremony. Glotzbecker was responsible for leading all the ROTC Color Guard Ceremonies at Graduation, Football games, Basketball games and all other requests for Color Guard support.
