Hannah and Eric Klitz, both Engler alumni, share a laugh as they pack an order for shipment from the Oak Barn Beef store in West Point, Nebraska. Hannah started the company as a sophomore Engler student. They now ship orders to all 50 states. The beef orders are shipped around the country packed in dry ice. February 21, 2023.
