US Army Staff Sergeant Kyle Aldrich, a local recruiter, ran the steps carrying an American flag. More than 160 UNL ROTC cadets along with active-duty military personnel, local first responders and UNO Air Force ROTC cadets ran 2200 steps in Memorial Stadium today.
