Maxwell Hamill, a freshman from Sheldon, Iowa, and Gavin O’Donnell, a freshman from Geneva, Illinois, bump into each other at the UNL Police Department booth as the two try out the goggles which simulate being under the influence. Sunday, the Street Fest filled the parking lot by East Stadium with hundreds of booths hosted by local businesses, nonprofit organizations, UNL departments and plenty of music, free food, giveaways and prizes.
