A team of engineers and political scientists, including University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Jennifer Lather, is conducting research with the University of Rhode Island VOTES project to combat the problem of long wait times at election voting sites. Alberto Quesada and Abby Furr watch voters move through the polling station at Sower Church, 2640 R. Street.
