A scrapbook is on display from the Ruth Etting Archives. Etting, a native of David City, Nebraska, was one of the most popular singing stars of the late 1920s and early 1930s. The markings in the scrapbook were made by its original owner. Anita Breckbill, professor, oversees the Hixon-Lied School of Fine and Performing Arts music library in the basement of the Westbrook Music Center. March 18, 2022.
